Possibly the single most useful iPhone App I have ever come across. Pastebot [iTunes Link] saves and manages anything you can copy and paste on the phone. It can also instantly transfer text and images to and from a Mac. So, you can copy a picture or piece of text, open up Pastebot, then paste it straight to the Mac. Or, you can open up Pastebot, copy something on the Mac, and watch it appear on the phone, ready to be pasted elsewhere.
Yes, you read that right. And yes, it works. Really.
