The Kozmic Bubble

While I desperately try and finish my Sound Reinforcement Systems coursework to get it in by 5PM tomorrow, I’m taking a moment off to reflect on the passing of Stargate SG-1

I watched the last episode last night, and I quite enjoyed it. Kev didn’t seem to think there was enough action - there were only THREE huge spaceships exploding, after all! It was funny in places, though, and I thought it worked alright as an ending. I particularly liked the very end, though I was disappointed when it finished without O’Neill appearing and saying hello (or some random saying…)

Ten years is a long time for a series to run, and really it ought to have ended after Season 8 when they all went fishing… On the other hand, they’re going to start filming the movie soon, I hear, and Carter (and Teal’c!) are appearing in Atlantis S4, so that should be fun.

Oh, and apparently Micheal Shanks is going to appear in some upcoming episodes of 24. I think my world might suddenly explode…
