1 shot Creme De Menthe.
Pour the creme de menthe into a shot glass, place a teaspoon in the glass at the top of the creme de menthe and pour the baileys over the back of the spoon, so it floats on top of the creme de menthe.
Drink it in one and swill it round your mouth.
